These are the basic terms for using lealteam.com. Reading the site or sending us a message through it does not create an insurance agent-client relationship by itself. That happens when you and LFG agree, on the phone or in writing, to work together.

Scope.

These terms cover your use of lealteam.com and any tools embedded on it (contact form, chat assistant, links to carrier or government sites). They do not replace the actual policy documents, applications, or disclosures you sign with a carrier when you enroll in coverage.

No insurance advice without engagement.

The information on this site is general. It is not personal insurance advice for your situation. Personal recommendations happen during a real conversation, after we know enough about your family, your needs, and your eligibility. Call us to start that conversation.

Accuracy.

We do our best to keep plan, carrier, and licensing information accurate. Carriers change networks, plans, and pricing on their own schedule. The carrier's documents control if anything on this site is out of date.

No warranty.

The site is provided as is. We do not promise it will be available without interruption or that every link will work every minute of every day. We will fix problems we find or that you tell us about.

Third-party links.

The site links to carriers, government programs (Marketplace, Medicare), and the chat assistant. We are not responsible for their content or their handling of your information once you leave our site. Read their policies when you visit them.

Governing law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute related to these terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.

Changes.

We can update these terms when we need to. The "Last updated" date at the top of the page tells you when. Continued use of the site after a change means you are okay with the updated terms.
