This page is for visitors from the European Union. LFG is a U.S. insurance agency licensed in 23 U.S. states, and we do not write insurance in the EU. If you are visiting our site from the EU, this is what you should know about how we handle your information.

What data we collect.

If you submit our contact form, we collect your name, email, phone (if you share it), the topic, and your message. The site also uses Google Analytics 4 to understand traffic, and the chat assistant on the Contact page (hosted by Pickaxe) may set session cookies.

Lawful basis.

We process your contact information under your consent (the form's consent checkbox) and our legitimate interest in responding to inquiries we receive. Analytics are processed under legitimate interest in understanding aggregate site usage, not individual identification.

Your GDPR rights.

You have the right to access the data we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict its processing, to object to its processing, and to receive a copy of it in a portable format. To exercise any of these rights, email lfg@lealteam.com.

Complaints.

If you believe we have not handled your data appropriately, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your national data protection supervisory authority.
